ON top of GOVERNOR’S ISLAND.. This is the Only Island where you can have a 360 degree view of the National Park.
And here goes my 2 day trip in Pangasinan concentrating in Alaminos City for the Hundred Islands and The Municipality of Bolinao. Full of interesting sites- a total of 123 islets, caves, natural tunnel- to an island full of fruit bats aka “Bat Island” – to an enchanted cave with natural pool – to a sun-kissed skin by the Beach of Patar. Met new people, became friends and in hopes of bumping up with them in the near future.. It was short but definitely fun.
Here are the run down of the places I visited during my 2 day travel:
1st day: Alaminos City
-Hundred Islands (Governors Island- where you can have a good view of the national park)
-Bat Island
-Giant Clam Sanctuary
-Cuenco Tunnel
-Alaminos Wharf/Baywalk

2nd day: Bolinao
– Bolinao Falls
– Enchanted Cave
– Patar Beach
– Bolinao Lighthouse
– Bolinao Church

-it could have been lesser if you are more than one since the room rate will be split up depending of how many you are. Room can accommodate up to 4 person. Since I was the only one,i paid more because I will be covering the accommodation rate alone. By the way, I checked the price of the resort, its 1,200/night including breakfast. And the Boat Rental for the Island Hopping Tour is 3,500 minimum for 6 person. So I’d say, my 3,950 was worth it and it saves you both time and effort, in short it’s hassle free.
-DIY in going there is possible but may be more costly and time consuming if you’re solo traveling. I guess joining in a group tour was a wise decision for me. And you still get to make new friends. Any questions or advice that you want from me regarding this travel, don’t hesitate to pm me. Id be happy to help those people who want to explore..:)
